Hey, I'm Lisa!

My goal is to help NICU nurses grow in their practice. I am an experienced NICU nurse of 20+ years and NICU nurse educator with a specialty in: new graduate education, continuing education in the NICU setting, creating content for novice to expert learners and simulation, virtually and in person. My content is good for anyone who works in the NICU, whether you have worked there 4 months, 4 years, or 30 years. I hope you enjoy what you find!
